You have 30 buyers in your pipeline. If you treat them all the same, you'll burn out or neglect the ones who are actually ready.
Priority tiers solve that. A/B/C. Three buckets. One simple rule: focus your time where it matters most.
How tiers work
Priority tiers are assigned automatically based on readiness score:
• A-Tier (score 75–100): High readiness, high close probability. These buyers are ready or nearly ready. Focus here. • B-Tier (score 50–74): Moderate readiness. Solid prospects, need consistent attention. Weekly check-ins. • C-Tier (score 0–49): Low readiness. Long-term nurture, monthly touchpoints, or disqualify.
This isn't about ignoring C-tier. It's about allocating time proportionally.
How to work each tier
A-Tier: Daily/Weekly Focus
Call them first. Send them the best listings. Schedule showings. Follow up fast. These are your closers. Treat them accordingly.
B-Tier: Weekly Check-Ins
Consistent nurture. Market updates, new listings in their range, check-ins on pre-approval or timeline. Goal: move them to A-tier.
C-Tier: Monthly Touchpoints
Stay top-of-mind but don't over-invest. Monthly market updates, quarterly check-ins. If they don't move up, consider disqualifying.
Why it changes how you work
Because you stop treating everyone the same. You stop feeling guilty for not calling the C-tier buyer who hasn't responded in three months. You stop under-serving the A-tier buyer because you were distracted by someone who's "just looking."
Tiers give you permission to focus. And focus is how you close more deals.
