Realtee IQ ("Realtee IQ", "we", "us") provides an intelligence layer that helps real estate agents score buyer readiness and prioritize their pipeline. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.realtee.online and the Realtee IQ application.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account and contact information — name, email address, phone number, and authentication credentials for agents who register.
Buyer financial data you enter — to score buyer readiness, agents (or their buyers, via onboarding) provide details that can include household income, budget and price range, down-payment funds, financing and pre-approval status, debts, timeline, and other readiness signals. This is financial information about a third party and we treat it as sensitive.
Buyer contact and property information — buyer names and contact details, mailing or property addresses, and the listings or properties a buyer is interested in.
Buyer and pipeline status — readiness scores, close-probability tiers, pipeline stage, onboarding status, and activity history used to prioritize your pipeline.
Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser type, and product events (for example, which features you use), stored by us and used for security and to improve the service.
Listing content you submit — listing URLs, details, and photos you provide for listing analysis, and logos or headshots you upload for social posts.
Messages you send us — the name, email address, and message you submit through our contact form.
Business contact information of real estate professionals — names, brokerages, and work contact details gathered from public sources, used to invite agents to try Realtee IQ. Recipients can unsubscribe from every message.
Payment information — processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use information

To provide readiness scores, close-probability forecasts, and pipeline prioritization.
To enrich your CRM and pipeline records and, where you enable them, to power proptech and listing integrations you use within the product.
To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To communicate with you about your account and the service.

We do not sell or share your personal information for money or for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use buyer financial information for advertising.

How information is shared

We share information only with:

Service providers that host and operate the product:
- Vercel — website hosting and file storage (Vercel Blob) for photos and brand assets you upload.
- Vercel Web Analytics — aggregate page-view statistics (pages visited, referrer, country, browser and device type). It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
- Railway — application servers and database hosting.
- Resend — email delivery (account verification, product email, and contact-form notifications).
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Google Fonts — web fonts, loaded by your browser from Google's servers.
AI model providers, accessed through the Vercel AI Gateway, for listing analysis and optional social-post writing assistance. For these features we send the listing details and photos you submit, or the post text, your name, market areas, and aggregate pipeline counts. Buyer readiness scores are calculated by our own rules-based engine; we do not send individual buyer records or buyer financial details to AI providers.
Members of an agent's own team, where the agent uses team features.
Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Agent responsibilities for buyer data

Agents are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter a buyer's information into Realtee IQ and for handling it consistent with applicable law and their own obligations to clients. Agents must not enter information they are not permitted to share.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless a longer retention is required by law. You can request deletion of your account and all associated buyer and pipeline data at any time by using our contact form. We will action verified deletion requests within the timeframes required by applicable law, except where we must retain certain records (for example, for tax or legal compliance).

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, use our contact form. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in those messages. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, the right to request access to and deletion of your personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. You also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — and as stated above, we do not sell or share your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, use our contact form. We will verify your request before responding and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

EEA, UK and Swiss residents (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR (or its UK equivalent) to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Our legal bases for processing are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, your consent (where applicable), and compliance with legal obligations. For buyer data you enter, the agent typically acts as the data controller and Realtee IQ acts as a processor acting on the agent's instructions. You may withdraw consent at any time and have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, use our contact form.

Children

Realtee IQ is intended for business use by real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
