Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Realtee IQ (the "Service"), operated by Realtee IQ ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Realtee IQ is an intelligence layer for real estate agents that scores buyer readiness, estimates close probability, and helps prioritize a pipeline. The Service provides analytical estimates and decision support only. It is not financial, legal, lending, or real estate advice, and its scores are not guarantees of any outcome.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account.

Buyer data and your responsibilities

The Service lets you enter information about prospective buyers, including financial details. You represent that you have a lawful basis and any necessary consent to collect and enter that information, and that you will use the Service in compliance with applicable laws, including fair housing, lending, and privacy laws. You must not use the Service to discriminate against any person or class protected by law. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or deceptive purpose.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or probe or breach security.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Upload malware or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on the cadence shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service. You retain ownership of the data you submit, and you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that scores or forecasts will be accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
